Return & Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! Here’s how returns work:1. 

Returns window You can return items within 7 days of delivery. 

After 7 days, returns won’t be accepted.

2. Return shipping Customer covers return shipping – the cost is R60. We’ll provide the return address once your request is approved.

3. Item condition item must be unused and in original packaging. All tags, accessories, and packaging must be included. We can’t accept items that are damaged, worn, or missing parts.

4. Fees & exclusions No restocking fee – you won’t be charged extra for processing. No final sale items – these can’t be returned or exchanged.5. How to start a return
Message us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
